“Just tasted my order of brownies from Carla’s Classic Brownies and let me tell you!! I ordered one dozen plain and one dozen with pecans. The packaging is great, and I like that she separated the plain from the pecan. Both are very moist, and not overly sweet. I favor a corner piece as the edges tend to get a bit crunchy but these are the perfect bite in each bite! Very good!!
But the brownies with pecans – for me CHEF’S KISS!! It tastes as if the pecans were sauteed in a bit of butter and sugar….maybe even some vanilla, to soften and get a bit of a sweetness added to them. THENNNN they’re mixed in with her brownie batter and cooked!! Too good!!
